Note: Some bolts may require tapping with a hammer to insert into holes. Do not tighten any bolt securely until everything is assembled loosely as listed in the instructions.

 


1. Moisten the
inside of the
handle grips with
dish soap.

 


2. Slide the grips onto the curved end of the handles with a twisting motion.

 

3. Lay the name plate face down.

4. Place the round part of one of the lower handles on the name plate.

 

 



5. Turn the handle so that the flatter side on the bottom is toward the center.

6. Line up the holes in the round part of the handle with the lower hole in the name plate.


7. Insert a 5/16" x 1 2" machine screw through the name plate and halfway through the handle.

8. Repeat the above steps for the other lower handle.

9. Place the straight side of one of the upper handles on the name plate.

10. Line up the hole in the straight side of the handle with the upper hole in the name plate.




11. Make sure
that the curved
part of the
handle is
pointing up in
the air toward
the outside of
the name plate.




12. Insert a 5/16" x 2" machine screw through the name plate and part way through the handle.

13. Repeat the above steps for the other upper handle.




15. Line up the holes in the handle splicer with the holes in the handle.

16. Push or screw the 5/16" machine screws all the way through the handle and splicer.

17. Repeat the above steps with the other handle splicer.

18. Twist the 5/16" nuts on to the two lower bolts. (Do not tighten yet).

19. Do not put the 5/16" nuts on the two top bolts at this time.
