- Blade/Wheels -
Note: Some bolts may require tapping with a hammer to insert into
holes. Do not tighten any bolt securely until everything is
assembled loosely as listed in the instructions.
1. Place the front end of the T-frame under the lock plate on the blade.
2. Secure with 3/8" x 2" hex bolt and nut.
3. Tighten this bolt only until it is firmly against the lock plate - do
not tighten it all the way. This leaves a little play in the blade and
allows it to 'float' with the angles of the surface being cleaned.
4. Drop the 1/4" x 2" eyebolt through a notch in the lock plate and the hole in
the T-frame to hold the blade in the desired position. (If the eyebolt bends
during use, the blade is probably too loose.)
5. Slide the wheels onto
the axle with the flat
side
of the wheel to
the outside.
Do not put on the
hub caps at this time -
if you need to change
something, they are
very hard to get off.
